Glade Loft began the way most meaningful ventures do: with a question. In 2014, after spending fifteen years guiding visitors through Western Australia's landscapes, we wondered why so many travellers left having seen the highlights but missed the heart of this place.
The answer was not complicated. Standard tours moved too fast. They prioritised quantity over quality, checking boxes rather than creating moments. We believed there was another way.

Our philosophy is straightforward. We treat every journey as if it were our own holiday. That means small groups where everyone's preferences matter. We have resisted the temptation to grow quickly. Expansion often dilutes quality, and quality is the only thing we are not willing to compromise. Our team remains small by design. Each guide has been with us for at least three years. They know the roads, the locals, the places where the light falls just right at certain hours.
