All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and any required deposit has been received.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the tour date: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date: Credit toward a future tour. Cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond our control will receive full refunds or free rescheduling.
While we make every effort to operate tours as described, we reserve the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
